A lot of people who own land do what Mj did. The would lease their land to allow animal to graze on the land. Is a simple thing. MJ had 2700 hundred acres so it makes sense to do just that for money. My friend's family owns a land, they don't live there but they lease it for farm animals. To me is good business.
