This is a very funny video. I love that show. It just boggles my mind, how much Chef Irvine is able to accomplish with his team in only two days and with only $10,000. He has such a hard job. Good thing he's so tough. I enjoy watching him in action because he's so forceful and outspoken.

@mcgrewpunk How is it a "half assed" rip off? Ramsay has 1 week and an unspecified budget to make over the restaurants. Robert has TWO DAYS and only $10,000. Ramsay also hams it up pretty bad with how pissed off he is. Watch the British version of kitchen nightmares starring Ramsay and you'll see he's very different than the way he behaves in the US version. Robert does more with less than Ramsay.
