lol, try 1-6 and see if he actaully does aircombos and if he still doesnt use dos2win on him and it should work after that(keep a spare of evil ryu just incase its not that version)

he has it but in the version that im talkin bout he doesnt use it, its like palettes 1-6(guard push,aircombos) 7-12(parry,aircombo)
