I saw them live a few months ago and when I closed my eyes, I heard Staley. For those of you saying he's a horrible frontman, did any of you ever see Layne perform live? He never moved. He was drugged out and clinched the microphone the entire performance . Duvall is as good as it gets for a replacement but no one can replace Layne.
a video cant capture the awesomeness of AIC live, it was amazing, u could feel the force of each song. jerry was amazing, they actually interacted with the crowd, more than the offspring did, but they were awesome

He uses G & L's and Les Pauls. This one is a G & L Rampage, his second. He got his first in 1984 and thats the one you see him playing most. They Just came out with a tribute version of the Rampage for Jerry, so check it out! They made a few upgrades to it to mimic the one Jerry plays, its awesome.

this is what i respect in bands, nothing stops them from doing what they love to do. It shows, AIC wont die out that easily. They took some time off but i am super glad they found themselves and kick ass, new album rocks, Stayle will be remembered but as the song goes "its your decision""
William won't ever replace Layne, but damn he's an amazing singer and maybe now those of us that couldn't see them play with Layne have another chance to see them live :)

this is what i respect in bands, nothing stops them from doing what they love to do. It shows, AIC wont die out that easily. They took some time off but i am super glad they found themselves and kick ass, new album rocks, Stayle will be remembered but as the song goes "its your decision""
