Funny to me how an Army made of stone lasts longer than any human army, and seems more effective, springing out into History from under the ground, like some immortal master warriors...unseen for aeons...now sure to be preserved to the end of our days...this army, unlike those we know today, will bring joy to those who encounter it, I think. Brilliant.
Thanks for your watching. Is it coincident or intended ? If your son were Chinese, what Chinese characters are applied ? Even if not, what does it meanings ?
Initially I had planned to visit Xian to see the Terracotta warriors on my planned visit in November 2008. After seeing this video I cancelled my visit to Xian as I felt that the video covers what I would have seen after making the 1,200 Kms travel from Beijing. I would rather spend that extra day in Shangai. Thank you for posting this video
I was thinking of seeing the Terra Cotta warriors exhibit at Bowers Museum but then I found out that the audio part of it has some actor who's not Asian, not Chinese, putting on some fake Chinese accent, coming off like Charlie Chan. Talk about disappointing. No need to dumb it down. It's overpriced as it is, and I'm not going to pay 35 bucks for a ticket and parking to then hear some Disney-fied audio tape. They couldn't have found an actual Chinese person to do the audio?
Tt's my dream to be there.

I saw this about 3 weeks ago. They've found more warriors, and it's interesting, but too commercialized IMO.
