I agree with AngelicRomoe1024...Hearst themes SUCK the biggest u know what fill in the blank on that______. WESH in Orlando used NBC-Flagship sounded real good and worked for them; now they are using the Heart CRAP...thats exactly what it is to me... Gari needs to help them out. To me Hearst music is just as bad as the new Scriptt music that is played on WFTS, WMAR and whatever other station they own...

I'd actually go with the current, mainly because it appears soemwhat modern. However, if NBC was seperate, they could go with Tower v3 like WXIA did prior to this. This new package did good for some markets, but others, like Atlanta's, made it look horrible and cheap.

i think Seize the Day was the best. Global Village comes in second, and Gannett News Music in third. FCN should go back to using Seize the Day... thats my opinion.

the graphics aren't bad but the music should go.  i think that they should use the Image News music package from Gari Communications.

i forgot to add this.....check out WTAE's open from 2000 and talent rejoin from 2003. FCN should use that.

yea tell me about it man. B package is alright but Image News is at the top of my list. when Hearst came out with their music...i hated it but not its pretty good.

R u kidding me? The Newsmusic Central Hearst theme is total trash! All Hearst stations need to either commission Gari's Hearst theme like WISN did or Gari needs to create New Generation themes for Image & B Package.

First Coast News changed their bug back to the non-HD version for some reason.

First Coast News has the best implementation of the new Gannet look in my opinion. I like how they use the graphics and how the open was done, comparing with other Gannett stations. They uses less of the instrumental cuts from the package, which is a good thing, considering how $hitty this music is...the instrumentation in this package is truly disgusting.

Kudos to FCN for making the best out of something so truly awful.

THEY HAVE AN ACTUAL HEADLINER. This market 40 something, as you say, does it right. The instrumental sounds like your dad's prom night on some $hit mixed with that PCC.
