There was only one where I live, and when I went at his store he said me that he does not repair Aristons anymore since the last one he had to repair, which toke him several months to make it play.

I have one similar, but made 120 years ago, that is unfortunately mute. I think the bellows are leaked...

depending on where you are located there are various repairsmen around the globe, who have specialized on restoring these instruments
