@7dayspking Part 1 How do I know nothing about music? The genre is NOT called scream.. I did not in anyway stand up for BMTH's music, I simply find people who judge someones style because they aren't fond of it. I may not like them but I do not hate on them if they are doing what they like to do. The basis of the genre is known as metalcore, so don't sit their and, in the proverbial sense, sandbag me because you think you know what the name of the huge open genre of metalcore is.

The people who labeled it "scream" did it because they didn't really know what it was. Also in no offense, but you obviously know nothing about the metal, scream, as you call it, or the many labels it has been given.

@7dayspking and yes, good idea, there should only be one deathcore band with the generic sound, and that is good old BMTH, the rest should create their own styles or just stop making music, so yeah, i'll work on making deathcore better, just have to listen to some hardcore punk, then i've gotta work on my band and making it sound like a hardcore-death metal. maybe deathcore would sound better that way. as long as people don't mess it up like they did the deathcore before. right?

Alright, first of all, I'm not black. Second of all, I love metal as much as the next guy, but deathcore just seems to me as a genre of music that shouldn't have been created. It's watered-down death metal just asking for scene kids to get their hands all over. It makes heavy metal as a genre look bad.

I was hoping that BMTH would go back to their old style and switch to death metal like Job for a Cowboy did, because that made them awesome! and BMTH did good with the solos recently, working on better stuff than that of a sweep pick, but the rest isn't so good now, so I'd like to see them switch to real death metal, but the same way JFAC did. that would be great!

@JakeAnderson733 job for a cowboy aren't good death metal there growls sound like a weaker version of what i listen job for a cowboy are pretty crap for death metal although i particularly am not into death metal as much as you'd think i mainly like deathcore (technical deathcore) and slamming brutal death metal in my next comment i will give you a few links of actual good bands in both genres i will label them correctly ok

@7dayspking well, i like the current jfac because it doesn't sound like someone farting at a really low pitch, but it has everything death metal needs to sound like good death metal. i might not be able to find bands like that, but bring me the horizon just might do some good with death metal if they tried to stop being posers. but instead, they become more of posers. but hey, i like poser metal, because it's energetic, it sounds good, etc.

@JakeAnderson733 read my comment before this with all the links ok now job for a cowboy doing gutturals (low pitched) no they never have and never will have the chops to pull of a guttural anyways your thinking of "slamming brutal death metal" and "goregrind" those have lots of gutturals some more than others but bmth don't have the vocalist of the skilled guitarist to go death metal neither did jfacb thats why deathmetal fans still hate jfacb because they still don't have it

@7dayspking i don't like listening to fart sounds, but yes, i like alot of deathcore and death metal. lol. and guttural =the fart sounds of death metal. there are barely any good gutturals out there. and yes, i'll listen to them, you'll see another reply afterwards.

@JakeAnderson733 ok bro anyways some bands like Aversions crown do the gutturals well and ingested in slamming brutal death metal but normal death metal bands don't guttural they do growls and screams :technically there called guttural growls" but there just regular growls

@JakeAnderson733 i read them but see what i mean when i say BMTH would not make it in death metal they shouldn't even be deathcore (by the way first 10 bands were deathcore not death metal!!!) and you can understand why after hearing that why i am very disapointed that jfacb are called death metal by people no offense like you who haven't heard these more underground bands when there really a bit of an embarrasment as are BMTH
