You're comparing a 4.6 to a 6.2. In case you havent noticed the new GT's are KILLING craparos with 5.0s... Thats REALLY bad when a 5.0 is killing a 6.2. Its not the 70's any more... you dont need huge engines to make 400+hp. 302ci vs ~375ci... Thats a pretty big difference if you ask me. Imagine what Ford could do with a 6.2... 525 hp all motor?

Go back to school and learn to read... As I said... you dont need a huge fucking engine to make 400hp and the 5.0's are running 12.6 bone stock, so idk where you're getting your 13.4 from... 12.1 with slicks, 100% stock. just i/h/e and tune will get you into the mid 11's, easy 10's with a little nitrous.

Z28? pfft... theres rumors about an ecoboost gt500 and now, 5.8L super charged with 600-620hp... the ZL1 is only getting 550 hp with the supercharged 6.2... you do the math..

Fist, Manufacturer hp ratings are at the crank, not the wheel. The new GT's are around 365whp, i/h/e with a good tune is usually around 410+whp.

I disagree with you.A supercharged 5.7 hemi at minimal 5.5 pounds of boost will get it into the 525 hp at the crank which already surpasses the 427R and the stock Srt's. Of course a charged Srt at low boost will obviously get into thelow 600's .Imagine cranking the boost on any Hemi?

Don't know how much boost these 427's are running but i'm willing to bet it's in the double digits.

The Procharger Kit claims increases of up to 50% on 6 lbs of boost.

I got that off their website.They actually claim between 50-80% increases depending on engine mods but a stock engine they say 50%.I'm sure its closer to 35-40% increase on a stock motor.

I was being generous and saying a R/T w R&T is 350 HP stock at the crank,and the claimed 175 HP from the 6 lbs of boost gets you to 525.
