I saw that fight and I have a lot of respect for you for NEVER giving up. My complaint was with Aldo for not actually "fighting" more. He stuck with leg kicks and that has not been his game plan in the past. I think he was a little scared to go in there and brawl with you. Just my opinion!! Ur a awesome fighter and

You said you like to be realistic, so let's be realistic here, Aldo could have chopped your leg late in the 4th and 5th rounds easily if he wanted so. His corner was unstoppably screaming since round 3 to 5 to he does more leg kicks, to punish more your leg. In round 5, Aldo not even attempted to punish your leg, so yes, it was his decision to let you survive the fight, probably for respect, he could just have destroyed your leg so bad that you would not even be able to wake up.

you guys don't know much about cutting weight. He walks around at that weight which means the other fighters could have a 10-20lb. advantage walking into the cage. When you are fighting the best in the world you want to minimize any disadvantage; 10-20 lbs. is a BIG difference.
