I'm really tired of Mary Magdalene being portrayed as a "fallen woman".

She was only married to one man and never divorced.

We need to be careful in always relating the unity of man and woman with unity with God.  What about people that never get married? Have they NEVER experienced such a love through people? We always idolize marriage like that. What about the love of a parent for a child? That is a pretty amazing love to me. That is pretty unconditional. I think John is sort of right that God's love is even better than a love between man and woman although it is great....
