She can only do the suplex in gamecube, it's just a glitch because it's rendered to give reflex command when they go down like that. They probably assumed the Ganado(s) would be killed by the lanterns or people would run by. It happens, but it's fun and kills them if you run out of lanterns for whatever. It's sad it doesn't do it in the ps2 version because knight armor Ashley + suplex = <3
