- Game: Garrys Mod

He is using custom made stuff created by people also created by himself for all these effects.

NPC Camera is used for his eyes

He is also on a local server with friends because if you look closely you can see the "x" from when he hits an NPC with an animation. This is all cut effects nd is not done in 1 shot. And by far the most best Garrys Mod Machinima Makers here for First person stuff.
