  • where do you get this? when did it come out? is it out for anything other than psp?

  • i love how bombman is your boss, i know you couldnt have galaxy man. Galaxy man is intelligent enough to calculate missile trejectory, while bombman just wants the missles to go boom!

  • I wish they made a powered up 2 with ALL the robot masters in it and playable

  • thats GREAT, you should make one from the X series, with boost shots and dashes

  • megaman sound retarded in this vid

  • Love the way this looks:)

  • 5:18

This must be the day before yesterday... Those are some BIG boom-booms!

  • who wants to get a PSP just to get this game

  • dear god mega man has a big head >.>

  • @zappacross lmao naw he doesnt. just has alotta hair. so they had to get a big helemet! here ill let my megaminions show you (>-_-)> (>_<) <(-_-<) tadaa!

  • I tried making Quickman's stage and that Kind of failed.

  • I wish the game didn't zoom so close in on megaman

  • How you put the music in the stage?

  • Where'd you get the music from? It's amazing.

  • easiest boss in history?

  • a some place i m can dowload the music its great

  • Bombman seems a lot harder in this game. In Megaman 1, I can destroy him without damage.

  • Anyone else notice that the stage in the download link gives you something completely different than in the video?

  • how'd you get music?

  • hahaha great

  • Hehehe.. He throws Black Bombs.

    ...Just one word missin' there.

  • Looks like Little Big Planet but better.

  • @JediLink123 uwhhh better? you BETTER buy the game and maby... like... play it!

  • So where'd you get the music to put in the level?

  • @pyrix he didnt he probably muted the song not the sx edited it and put in galaxt mans theme

  • @pyrix he killed the bgm through the options and added in galaxy man's music

  • well, most people play with their psps muted unless they have headphones, so it really isnt that big an issue

  • It could be better if you used on-screen platforms at some parts and minimized the hall scrolling.

  • unfortunately

  • Megaman 9 is 8bit, he is playing Megaman Powered Up for PSP, you can make your own levels with it, and this is made with Megaman Powered UP, its a level based on a Megaman 9 Stage.

  • @SammerYoshi Isn't it for ds? or on both?

  • @BlackEyeVision Actuly for Mega Man 9 its for the Wii, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3. Mega Man Powered Up is just for the PSP only.

  • @SammerYoshi I know, I have MM9j for the PS3. But really... I think I saw it in a store for the ds... maby it's easier that I just go and look it up right now :P

  • Mega Man in setted to start at the end of the stage at the file you've put on the description.

  • Lemme guess-the "editing" is the music, no? If not-how?

  • It's the stage. In Megaman Powered up you get a stage editor.

  • how did you get the sound from the stage in megaman 9?

  • As much as I would've been heart broken had the X series ended with 5. I could've appreciated it going out on top. The story did go to complete shit with the whole nightmare virus thing. Once that happened I stopped caring. I did continue to play since I'm such a big fan of the series. Been playing megaman since I was 11 and regardless of how bad they get, I aint gonna stop now. X7 & X8 weren't that good at all.

  • You're actually somewhat right, Capcom allowed it to be made in 8-bit because it cost less and would bring them money. That still doesn't distract from it being on of the better classic series games I've played in quite a long time. Honestly, the last megaman game I enjoyed that much was 4. The music was just as good as 3. Also, at the end of the day, its only 10 bucks. I was on the same boat as you before, but when I played it, it turned out well, and I had no complaints.

  • Oh, I thought it was a good game no doubt. But I would have liked some updated graphics none the same. check out some videos of the game Rosenkreuzstilette. It looks awesome as hell. The stages aren't populated with enough enemies, but had capcom at least done something like this, I would have been happy.

  • Eh, to each his own, I guess. I was just like you, but I ended up liking it and preferring it this way in the end. It was an all around solid game and I think it was worth ten bucks, it wasn't expensive at all, but whatever. Also, fuck X5's story, I'm still confused as to what the fuck that whole thing was about.

  • I disagree slightly. I think, to appeal to most Megaman Fans (Because most Megaman fans grew up with the 8 bit megamans), they shouldve made it in an 8 bit style. I agree, however, that after Megaman 9, they should switch it up.

Like wise, its only 10 bucks, some of you guys need to get a job if 10 bucks is seriously a big deal.

  • I think "Win" says it all

  • i don't know what is this but it looks pretty good! altough i think that more work in the background would had been better, so it would had a better feeling of the galaxyman stage in mm9

  • the chibi blue bomber is back!

  • I love mega man and anime, but damn it, I hate chibis!

  • How did you get the song in there?

  • He didn't mean it was footage from Mega Man 9, he meant that he re-made the Galaxy Man stage FROM Mega Man 9.

  • if you like the old school gaming but hated the gradphics here you go

  • KA-BLAM!

  • yeahhhh bombman

    yeahhhhhhhhhhh

  • How does I put this level on my PSP? :[

  • I KNEW it! Galaxyman is Bombman in disguise! Who would've guessed? :P

  • uhh well his weapon is called "Blackhole Bomb"

  • dude how in the hell did you record this?

  • On newer PSP models they have a TV out option for games so he probably just put it on a video capture card or something.

  • Kablam?

  • rofl

  • Aww it looks like shots don't go through walls. I liked that feature... I don't know if that was in MM1 but i'm pretty sure it was in 2 3 and 5. I don't like it when they remake games and mess with the actual gameplay. I can handle some mild graphic and audio changes, but changing the gameplay just goes too far.

  • I always saw it as a glitch.

  • I think Capcom should update Megaman powered up or realese a second one. With more Robot masters playable including stuff from Megaman 9. I'd love to play as Galaxyman or Metalman

  • its actually bombman lol

  • You do know it was about the level right? Not the boss? If so, it did look like galaxy man.

  • That's Bombman. He's years older than CrashMan.

And he's talking about the STAGE being GalaxyMan's, not the boss. The game "MegaMan Powered Up" is a re-make of the original MegaMan.

  • That was awesome

    how did u do that?

  • I used the level editor in MM Powered Up.

  • Wow, really nice work!! ^^b

Even the music you made on the level editor?

  • No, the music is edited into the video.

  • you can make your own level on it........>:D

  • thanks!

if you want i can pass you a cold man stage remake that i made

    o yeah

where did you get the remix?

  • this is cute <3 :D

    what's this?

  • This is Megaman Powered Up for the PSP.(remake of MM1 with new levels, playable bosses, level editing, online sharing,..a little bit like LBP) Due to poor sales a Powered Up 2 never came out..*cries*

  • To: MegaManChannel

Well, with enough demand, Capcom will make a Powered Up 2, and maybe a Maverick Hunter X2. Hopefully.

  • @MegaManChannel WHAT!!! You're saying no WAIT, if the first game got good sales then why megaman powered up ain't getting sales like Megaman 1?

  • so cute!

  • KABLAM! :D

  • Very nicely done.

Sad you can't put the teleporters in =P

    I have two questions

1 - The remake is IN GAME music?

2 - Have you altered any of the art on the tilesets?

    Again, nice job!

  • 1 - the music is put in via video editing.

2 - unfortunately I don't know how to hack any psp iso files, because that would be the only way to change the textures.

  • what game is this?

  • did you use a hack for this or is there a bulit in editor?

  • There's a really awesome Built-in Stage Maker.

  • the boss didnt have a black hole bomb, but he at least had a bomb xD

  • I have to say, despite my dislike of the Chibi style of Powered Up, you did a really good job! True, some of the enemies aren't accurate, the boss was different, and the level was too zoomed in (would be perilous on Jewel Man's stage), but since you can't control any of that, I give it 5 stars.

  • If you want to say you believed I played MM9 with updated graphics then you are...I'm very proud that you like my remake created in MEGAMAN POWERED UP.

  • Comment removed

  • btw oilman and timeman are from mm dos

  • No, Just Oil Man was. Time man is compleatly New.~Glaber

  • even then, Oil Man in MMPU is completely different from Oil Man in MM DOS 3. the DOS games weren't really developed by Capcom.

  • They were developed by Hi-Tech Expressions and they got NO help from Capcom AT ALL.

  • not time man just oilman

  • is this a real game?

  • ARE YOU JOKING!

just 2 comments before yours (DeeperBlueX16)

asked the same question! (Lol that's why not MM Powered Up 2 comes out on the PSP..it seems that they really did bad advertising for this game back then)well...(copy & paste ftw)

    MegaManChannel (2 days ago)

Ehm, it's the creator mode of Mega Man Powered Up for the PSP. The music is edited.

  • sorry D: i didnt pay attentien

  • Great job man, MM9 should of looked like Powered up :(

  • NICE JOB! Its really good and yes it is pretty tough to remake a stage despite the layout right there. I give you praise for doing such a great job.

  • is this a real game?

  • Ehm, it's the creator mode of Mega Man Powered Up for the PSP. The music is edited.

  • make tornado man stage now =D

  • BOMBMAN!

    Epic.

  • I don't remember an option do use your own music in the level editor, how did you make the music into galaxy mans theme? or did Capcom actualy have an option to download mm9 music for megaman powered up levels?

  • He recorded it without music and added the music in after the fact.

I think there's commentary to that effect at the beginning of the video. >.>

  • How did U make this?

  • I used the leveleditor in MM Powered Up.

  • Awesome, but why is bombman the boss?

  • Because you can just use the Bosses from MM1 and 2 new bosses. (Oilman and Timeman)

  • Nice job. Too bad Galaxyman isn't in Megaman: Powered Up. (would be cool, though)

  • the check point should be where your at at 2:08 nice video though

  • I wonder, what happens that bomb at the end of the video explodes?

  • Awesome!

    I'll keep in touch.

  • You can now download the rmx and the stage remake. You can find the link for the stage in the description now and the link for the rmx at the other vid.

  • Oh, can you also tell me where you got this version of the song? XD

  • I did it. I may put up a download link for this stage and the rmx up soon.

  • Where can I download this stage, it's awesome!

  • Cool!

  • How'd you manage to get the music onto the stage?

  • I turned off the music in the game so that you can only hear the sound effects and added the music via video editing.

  • Oh...

  • first
