If u are going to put a camera on ur cat, make it loose. for ur cats safety, im sure ur cat is worth more to you than ur camera. for others the camera means more to them.

But if u want to desperately know what ur cat is doing and getting in to, consider taking some time to investigate before putting a camera.

I overdubbed the sound, yes. The setup did have sound but it was too crackly to use. The signal interference messed it up like it did the picture. I'm experimenting with a mini digital video camera that writes perfect sound and picture to memory stick.

Thank you. Yes, the video quality was a problem I just couldn't fix. After weeks of online research, and a few different cameras, I gave up. The wildlife cameras on animals you see on Discovery are prohibitively expensive. Mini DV recorders are too bulky to put on the cat. The only option was a mini spy cam and in the city, the interference is horrible.
