it's not that he doesn't want her to know. the camera in the jacket takes the picture when he lifts his arm. so when he went to touch her face he took the picture accidentally, and he's upset because he knows the guys from the van are gonna put it in the paper and he (Johnny) doesn't want to be the cause of that.

I know, but he doesn't do it to take a photo. He just wants to touch her nose. You can see at 1:58 he remembers he has the camera, and you can tell by his expression that he feels bad. And after that....well, I dont want to spoil the movie 4 you.

Max/Johnny is so clever!! He knows Penelope will lose her patience and come out. He's a kind-hearted guy, very wise 2.

This movie has SUCH a GREAT moral!! LOVE IT!!! Kudos to becky!!  xx

I feel the same...well..yeah. It's funny how in this scene he acts like he can't play. I always giggle at his attempt at singing. But, he actually plays the piano VERY well. I love when he plays by himself in another scene (sorry if I spoiled it), love the song too. Such a talented person!!  xx
