Honestly, this comparison is really not as bad as what most people are saying. They are comparing the two cars based on whether you want performance or luxury features keeping price in mind...and yes compared to the subies gear box the twin clutch tranny is a luxury.
Doesn't make sense, these cars aren't even in the same class. While we are at it, lets race v6 mustang to a v8 camaro, apples to oranges same concept. Ralliart vs Wrx would make more sense. This isnt rocket science. Also, the base model evo is also around 31,000 so the guy talking about the sti doesn't have a justifiable point when it comes to price for more power.
paddle shifters: useless, bluetooth hands free?: useless, navigation?: useless. Subaru wrx sti all day long... now bring the EVO X and compare. if the ralliart was lighter and had a 5 or 6 speed manual transmission id be happy with it.
the thing they are not telling you about this car ralliart of course is i have a ralliart in my shop with 65 k on it the trans is shot and it cost 10,485 us dollars to replace almost twice the replacment of sti the car is junk pure and simple junk
@pitmaster1936 10 grand...where'd you find one that cheap? Yea, the RA tranny is expensive...but the better question isn't can you kill a tranny in 65K miles?...it's what the hell did he do to it to kill that tranny in 65k miles. This tranny needs to have fluids changed every 30k miles, not 60k. On the plus side, if you killed the RA tranny, just drop in the EVO tranny and get launch control and S-sport mode. No need to replace with the RA tranny.
i mean honestly i like the new ralliart, i have a 2004. i like that it comes in auto, cause honestly im not gonna wanna drive stick much longer, the novelty has worn off lol..
@greentea868 I agree but unfortunately the average person doesn't. A lot of models have gone away from stick because they built them and people didn't buy them. It does suck though that the ralliart is one of many cars like say the SRT8 Charger you cant get stick.
for 1 neither of them can drive, her raction time is like 2 seconds. this guy knows NOTHING about cars. he probly doesnt know what turbo lag is.. & why would they compare a ralliart to an sti. .. ralliart vs wrx.... sti vs evo. HELLOOOOO
@njralliartkid22 Have you seen their other RA videos? Ryan complains that the paddles don't move with the wheels and he can't easily find them to shift WHILE cornering on a track. Course nevermind that you can use the stick to shift (done properly again with pulling down up shifting). And he's thier "racer"...yeah bloody moron. He even goes to make the excuse of it's personal preferance...sorry but if your shifting IN the corners, you did something WRONG, plain and simple.
Wow both these peolp are really shitty drivers. I mean runnings 14s with an sti?? What a noob. All this girl is good for is sucking cock, she cant drive worth shit. This video sucks. Wrong times for everything, all the stats are wrong.
@ahfunaki According to you "XIII" is "ten, one, one, one"? --- ROFL LOL LMAO.
This is not a phone number, dummy. The people with more than two braincells call it "eight". You are true american and you proved it! Again - stupid americans!
@Corinthum not really...you can clutch dump from 2k rpm to give it a kick start without getting that slow down signal...however that may not be good for the tranny as we really don't have a lot of long term durability info for this tranny.
And honestly, cars like the RA or WRX ain't for the drag strip. You wanna do drag, get something like the mustang GT.
@ColdNapalm42 Ok, thanks. But compared to other cars with automatics the RA allways seem to take off so slowly. Im quite sure though, that the SST-tranny in RA is way better in durability than the DSG-tranny...however, if you compare those two you will see that the DSG is way much faster. Especially from start.
@Corinthum That has less to do with the tranny type and more to do with choice of the first gear along with turbo lag for single scroll turbo...mostly turbo lag that happens below 2k RPM.
@Corinthum Nope. The EVO TCU has a launch control on top of the super sport setting. What lets the EVO launch better is the launch control...so unless you get the EVO TCU into the RA's tranny, the twin turbo won't help much...in fact it'll be worse at that start because the twin turbo actually takes a bit longer to spool then ralliarts toy turbo. Course once spooled, the twin will just launch you into light speed ;) .
@ColdNapalm42 Ok, cool...thanks! I heard there is a way to fake launch control with the RA. You push the pedal fast and repeatedly and hold the break at the same time. Then after a few seconds, just push the pedal and releas the break and the RA will take off quite fast whitout the normal lag.
@Corinthum You can...but if your above 3k RPM, the tranny will give you a slow down message and may toss a CEL that needs to be cleared by dealer. And how good doing so is for you tranny isn't clear yet.
What kind of morons are you guys. More fun a mazda3? 15sec on the 1/4mile!!!! I never made a shitty time like that!!! 13.871 bone stock!!! And to compare it to a sti????!!!! What a prick!!
Also, for those complaining on 0-60 of RA vs WRX: Just check your Motortrend or CarAndDriver...they BOTH do 0-60 in 4.7 from the factory. I got 4.9 out of the test driver RA nearby (ended up sticking with the WRX since it's cheaper)
@phatnackyescort Is your brain working?!? The base GSR costs as much as a fully optioned out (actually less) WRX so shall we do that comparison too then and say how the WRX is getting whoomped?
@ColdNapalm42 Dude ...your not getting it. Its not a evo vs wrx thing, they are just pointing out that a fully optioned out LRA is 34k. a decked out WRX tops out at 30k. Its not a subi mistu battle its all just a question of why would anyone spend that much for a LRA. And your camparo is fine it gets the same point across . This wasn't about which car is better ,its about what car or type of car is best for you...
@phatnackyescort I went to subaru website and I started with the top line WRC limited and started clicking the options...I stopped when I broke 35k and I wasn't even half way done. So yeah a fully optioned WRX costs more then a fully optioned RA...so why not do that instead of tossing in a stripped down bare STi unless your such a subbie fanboi and you lack a functional brain that says the stock WRX beats the RA anyways without looking like a moron by tossing in the STi.
@ColdNapalm42 IDk how to make you understand that the whole point of the review was to compare a faster less equipped car to slower more equipped car that cost the same mount of money , granted they didn't do a great job at it. But it was about comparing the two extremes of the spectrum, which is why a wrx wouldnt not have worked, it would have just been a normal camparo.
@ColdNapalm42 What ever you say bub...since this is going nowhere. heres my opinion on the RA.
Not a fan, doesn't handle, and the lack of comp mode makes the thing a slug off the line and coming out of the corners , even if this was wrx to to RA the WRX would have toasted it. Hell A WRX is just as fast as a MR and just a tad slower than a GSR
@phatnackyescort And so your true color shows. So much for you trying to look not like a subbie fanboi.
Yeah the WRX is faster then the RA STOCK...by a long shot. Hell the WRX beats the STI in 0-60. You know what the WRX also has? A crappy AWD system. A semi usable suspension as of 2011 and just a plain old bad one before then. Speed isn't about just a straight line, the MR, GSR and STI all toast the WRX because of their ability to turn.
@phatnackyescort And now when we get to a WRX vs a RA discussion, the best car depends on what your gonna do. Stock, WRX wins, hands down. Tune to under 400 WHP and the RA is the clear winner as the RA just shines up nicer then the WRX as it isn't saddled with a cruddy AWD system or suspension and it just takes leaps and bounds from tuning compared to the WRX. Over 400 WHP...start with a proper car and use the GSR or STI.
I can't express my frustration at the sheer stupidity of this video. the drag race was clearly driver error and has ZERO indication of actual performance. not to mention both times constitute slow cars. the ralliart is clearly a competitor to the WRX ( as was stated in the video!!), yet had zero comparisons against it. I know the stock WRX sucks donkey balls, but come on! you can't compare a car against its actual competition? BTW, you have a 2011 STI on hand, and you don't run it on the road c
I have an '11 ralliart, got it in Jan. Its the love of my life but its terrible off the line, anyways she sucks at driving it, best 1/4 time I had was 14.35@97mph. Not bad and damn near comparable.
@MOSS4PRESIDENT You mean the 2.0T with it's ~200 HP vs the RA and WRX...hell no. The V6 against the EVO and STI also gets ripped apart. Course the huyndais are cheaper so that counts for something.
@surfingjc That's because the hosts are MORONS who is comparing a car that is in an entirely different class. Although the new 2011 STI and WRX getting better suspension make it interesting again. The 2010 and before in this generation really had crap suspensions.
@Egahm23 Actually, I think the RA is detuned to this level on purpose. The only reason for a dyno tune to boost power that much (+30 WHP) is that they set their stock setting pretty badly. I do think the 237 is too low tho, they should have it at 250...and it costs them not one penny more to make the RA do that. The trouble with the RA at the 270 range (which costs nothing as well) is the same issue that subaru is having with the WRX eating up STI sales. And really mitsu can't afford that.
and true evo and sti enthusiasts(for the most part) do not care about leather seating, sun roofs, weight adding sound systems, etc. They care about speed and the mind blowing way the two cars handle. If you want those kind of luxury you might be looking in the wrong place. I have a 93 vr-4 and i drive that thing for speed and it awd and suspension. i don't drive it like a Lexus or Mercedes.
people come on the only reason they are comparing the sti and the ralliart was because the ralliart is priced fully loaded around 32 grand where you can get a base model sti for around that. a base model wrx on the other hand is closer to 25 grand which is much less than even the base model ralliart. what they were trying to prove here was that if you want performance and are willing to spend more than 30 grand why not just go with the sti instead of shorting yourself and getting a ralliart.
@aznrule191 A fully loaded RA is almost 32 grand...a base STI is almost 34 grand...aka the same difference as a fully loaded WRX vs a base GSR. So no, the point is MEANINGLESS other then a subbie fanboi drivel. I mean honestly, they compare a RA to a base STI and you go right for the MR pricing before admiting the GSR price pretty much show you yourself is pretty much in the moron category as well.
@ColdNapalm42 and taking the gsr (which is cheaper yes) takes away the TC trans which takes away one of the main things that makes the evo(in my opinion) far greater than the sti. so 37 grand is worth it, but if you are talking about saving money all i'm saying is it's not worth it to buy a small tire plagued ralliart when you can get a wrx for cheaper and not have to change the tires and maybe the wheels and if you want anything bigger than 215's you will need to do some fender rolling.
@aznrule191 So yes if your gonna be silly and compare a RA to the base STI then you can be just as silly and compare a WRX to the EVO GSR. Actually seeing the subaru website, the top of the line WRX is over 37 grand which is the cost of the EVO MR, so you could even go there is you REALLY wanted to. The trouble with your stance of well it costs the same is a matter of CLASS. If you need a car that is fully loaded, your gonna need the next level of car ALSO fully loaded...not bare.
@ColdNapalm42 But my opinion is that the wrx is a better all around car for the money, not just because you're paying less, and the evo is a better car than the sti because it has a sharper more accurate suspension than the sti. The RA falls short; the main one being those 205's that it rides on and to upgrade to tires that best fit it's suspension you will need to do some fender rolling, and with lowering springs it is even worse.
@aznrule191 And that is comparing class to class...which is fine. EVO vs the STI...fine. WRX vs the RA...fine. The WRX is better then the RA in a LOT of ways. Especially if your not gonna go very deep into tuning. The RA are now on 215 BTW. Enekei 18x8.5 J10 wheel which are like a 100 buck each can be fitted on a RA with 245 tires and eibach lowering springs with NO need to bump out the fender BTW. The STI vs the RA is just dumb...since the WRX kinda beats the RA in a lot of ways.
@aznrule191 And for the prize of stupid, the WRX beats the RA anyways out of the box. The WRX has more power, is cheaper and has good enough tires to have better grip in the corners. The RA can really shine, but need some 2 grand of mods + tires to do so and as such is only worth it if you pay the going rate for one and not the MSRP (AKA 25 grand). So all this shows is how idiotic subbie fanbois are since all they need to do to win is just compare WRX to RA as from factory at MSRP.
@ColdNapalm42 i was going to take this serious and give an intelligent rebuttal, but then i noticed you spelled boy "boi" and lost all respect for everything you just said.
@ColdNapalm42 but i'll let you in on a little secret the take the money that you'd put in that RA and put it in a WRX and it would be able to "shine" even more. mods work both ways.
@aznrule191 No mods don't really work both ways. Mods increases performance in some cars more then others. Some cars are easier to tune then others. The WRX can shine a bit more yes...but the RA shines a LOT more. You could stick on 225 just fine in the old RA and 245 with the wider stance is fine now. Okay okay with a fair bit of careful wheel selection anyways. The TCCS isn't what makes an EVO and EVO unless you think all the EVO before 10 weren't real EVOs.
@ColdNapalm42 no but before the evo x the sti and evo were a fair match(in most people's opinion) but once the 08 rolled around, the evo took a huge step forward beyond that of the sti. And i'm not saying put on the same mods, but simply going stage 2 cobb accessport, which is much cheaper than putting 2 grand of mods and tires on the RA. The wrx beats out the RA and the EVO beats out the sti
@aznrule191 As for cobb stage 2...well the cost for parts on that is 2300 bucks which seemes to be the mid pipe, down pipe, axleback and the accessport tune...thats kinda expensive. Just a dyno tune on a RA by GST motors gives you 30 WHP. FMIC + piping, boost pill, BOV and test pipe is 60 WHP. A catback and downpipe is another 20 WHP...that is 270 WHP (more then the EVO) before we hit 1.5 grand. This is what I mean when I say the RA takes to tuning well. The WRX just doesn't jump like that.
@aznrule191 Opps, math error, the total for the RA should be 2 grand for engine mods...not 1.5. Course the RA should have sway bars, lowring springs and wider wheels and tires to go with that extra power. Also better brakes. That is another 1.5 grand so the total is 3.5 grand or so. The WRX will also likewise need various handling modifications done before you can up the power much. So that part is kind of a wash...even though the WRX will need more done to get it to handle properly.
I worked at a dealership that sold both Mitsus and Subarus. Having driven the Ralliart, EVO, WRX and STI on a regular basis I would buy the STI over any of them. The Ralliart was built to compete with the WRX and not the STI. Although the RA is a much better value than the WRX it just doesnt compete with it right off the lot. I like the TC-SST and the Rockford Fosgate system in the Mitsus alot, but not enough to buy the whole car.
@fourtycents no because a wrx limited with the satellite radio and nav system is just under 32 grand and an evo MR starts at 37 grand. even a striped gsr(which loses the TC transmission) is still almost 34 grand.
Uhh are you retarded?! this comparison is garbage. Why not the WRX vs. Ralliart? And STi vs. Evo x. God are you sure you guys are pros? Worst comparison ever lol.
@fourtycents I though the way they drove made it pretty clear they ain't pros. And yes an idiotic comparison since a full loaded WRX costs as much as a bare EVO GSR.
@blueCelicagts2002 OMG...somebody even more stupid then the hosts!!! The question they asked wasn't which do you prefer, an EVO or STi, it was a ralliart or a STI...which is why the slew of they are morons comment. Well that and their piss poor driving skills. The only excuse you can give is you didn't watch the video AND you can't read and your just spamming pro STi messages willy nilly.
Oh the amount of garbage in this video... Good god!
You can't compare a Ralliart to an STI.. They're both different cars! The Ralliart is missing so much stuff the STI comes with standard (big brakes for example) and what turbo lag is he talking about, you put the Ralliart on Auto and Sport mode you dweeb, not manual... if you knew how to shift the car in manual you wouldn't be complaining about turbo lag!!
Also 15.4 seconds in a stock Ralliart is gay, so is 14.6 on an STI...
wtf 14.3 in an sti are u fucking kidding me learn to drive dumb fucks holy shit and 15.4 in a ralliart i run a 13.5 in a stock sti who lets noobs drive
look at the lag on that auto tragic holy fuck thats stupid who compares an sti to a shit box wtf its evo and sti or nothing leave the ralliart to the pussy

Im quite sure though, that the SST-tranny in RA is way better in durability than the DSG-tranny...however, if you compare those two you will see that the DSG is way much faster. Especially from start.
Corinthum 5 months ago
@Corinthum That has less to do with the tranny type and more to do with choice of the first gear along with turbo lag for single scroll turbo...mostly turbo lag that happens below 2k RPM.
ColdNapalm42 5 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 Do you implie that a RA with EVO turbo would take off better? I know there is different turbo in the EVO.
Corinthum 5 months ago
@Corinthum Nope. The EVO TCU has a launch control on top of the super sport setting. What lets the EVO launch better is the launch control...so unless you get the EVO TCU into the RA's tranny, the twin turbo won't help much...in fact it'll be worse at that start because the twin turbo actually takes a bit longer to spool then ralliarts toy turbo. Course once spooled, the twin will just launch you into light speed ;) .
ColdNapalm42 5 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 Ok, cool...thanks! I heard there is a way to fake launch control with the RA. You push the pedal fast and repeatedly and hold the break at the same time. Then after a few seconds, just push the pedal and releas the break and the RA will take off quite fast whitout the normal lag.
Corinthum 5 months ago
@Corinthum You can...but if your above 3k RPM, the tranny will give you a slow down message and may toss a CEL that needs to be cleared by dealer. And how good doing so is for you tranny isn't clear yet.
ColdNapalm42 5 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 ah ok..thanks. Interesting! Sounds like you maybe should not try launch the RA by doing this trick :)

@phatnackyescort Is your brain working?!? The base GSR costs as much as a fully optioned out (actually less) WRX so shall we do that comparison too then and say how the WRX is getting whoomped?
ColdNapalm42 7 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 Dude ...your not getting it. Its not a evo vs wrx thing, they are just pointing out that a fully optioned out LRA is 34k. a decked out WRX tops out at 30k. Its not a subi mistu battle its all just a question of why would anyone spend that much for a LRA. And your camparo is fine it gets the same point across . This wasn't about which car is better ,its about what car or type of car is best for you...
phatnackyescort 7 months ago
@phatnackyescort I went to subaru website and I started with the top line WRC limited and started clicking the options...I stopped when I broke 35k and I wasn't even half way done. So yeah a fully optioned WRX costs more then a fully optioned RA...so why not do that instead of tossing in a stripped down bare STi unless your such a subbie fanboi and you lack a functional brain that says the stock WRX beats the RA anyways without looking like a moron by tossing in the STi.
ColdNapalm42 7 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 IDk how to make you understand that the whole point of the review was to compare a faster less equipped car to slower more equipped car that cost the same mount of money , granted they didn't do a great job at it. But it was about comparing the two extremes of the spectrum, which is why a wrx wouldnt not have worked, it would have just been a normal camparo.

@phatnackyescort Umm...no, that is STILL a stupid idea. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY does that because of how monumentally idiotic that concept is.

Hell A WRX is just as fast as a MR and just a tad slower than a GSR
phatnackyescort 7 months ago
@phatnackyescort And so your true color shows. So much for you trying to look not like a subbie fanboi.
Yeah the WRX is faster then the RA STOCK...by a long shot. Hell the WRX beats the STI in 0-60. You know what the WRX also has? A crappy AWD system. A semi usable suspension as of 2011 and just a plain old bad one before then. Speed isn't about just a straight line, the MR, GSR and STI all toast the WRX because of their ability to turn.
ColdNapalm42 7 months ago

ColdNapalm42 8 months ago
mitsubishi understands theyll never win this rivalry so they started to make the ralliart more luxurious.. and i love it!!!
Egahm23 8 months ago
@Egahm23 Actually, I think the RA is detuned to this level on purpose. The only reason for a dyno tune to boost power that much (+30 WHP) is that they set their stock setting pretty badly. I do think the 237 is too low tho, they should have it at 250...and it costs them not one penny more to make the RA do that. The trouble with the RA at the 270 range (which costs nothing as well) is the same issue that subaru is having with the WRX eating up STI sales. And really mitsu can't afford that.
ColdNapalm42 8 months ago
I would go for the STI no doubt!!.

If you want those kind of luxury you might be looking in the wrong place. I have a 93 vr-4 and i drive that thing for speed and it awd and suspension. i don't drive it like a Lexus or Mercedes.

people come on the only reason they are comparing the sti and the ralliart was because the ralliart is priced fully loaded around 32 grand where you can get a base model sti for around that. a base model wrx on the other hand is closer to 25 grand which is much less than even the base model ralliart. what they were trying to prove here was that if you want performance and are willing to spend more than 30 grand why not just go with the sti instead of shorting yourself and getting a ralliart.
aznrule191 9 months ago
@aznrule191 A fully loaded RA is almost 32 grand...a base STI is almost 34 grand...aka the same difference as a fully loaded WRX vs a base GSR. So no, the point is MEANINGLESS other then a subbie fanboi drivel. I mean honestly, they compare a RA to a base STI and you go right for the MR pricing before admiting the GSR price pretty much show you yourself is pretty much in the moron category as well.
ColdNapalm42 9 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 and taking the gsr (which is cheaper yes) takes away the TC trans which takes away one of the main things that makes the evo(in my opinion) far greater than the sti. so 37 grand is worth it, but if you are talking about saving money all i'm saying is it's not worth it to buy a small tire plagued ralliart when you can get a wrx for cheaper and not have to change the tires and maybe the wheels and if you want anything bigger than 215's you will need to do some fender rolling.
aznrule191 9 months ago
@aznrule191 So yes if your gonna be silly and compare a RA to the base STI then you can be just as silly and compare a WRX to the EVO GSR. Actually seeing the subaru website, the top of the line WRX is over 37 grand which is the cost of the EVO MR, so you could even go there is you REALLY wanted to. The trouble with your stance of well it costs the same is a matter of CLASS. If you need a car that is fully loaded, your gonna need the next level of car ALSO fully loaded...not bare.
ColdNapalm42 9 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 But my opinion is that the wrx is a better all around car for the money, not just because you're paying less, and the evo is a better car than the sti because it has a sharper more accurate suspension than the sti. The RA falls short; the main one being those 205's that it rides on and to upgrade to tires that best fit it's suspension you will need to do some fender rolling, and with lowering springs it is even worse.
aznrule191 9 months ago
@aznrule191 And that is comparing class to class...which is fine. EVO vs the STI...fine. WRX vs the RA...fine. The WRX is better then the RA in a LOT of ways. Especially if your not gonna go very deep into tuning. The RA are now on 215 BTW. Enekei 18x8.5 J10 wheel which are like a 100 buck each can be fitted on a RA with 245 tires and eibach lowering springs with NO need to bump out the fender BTW. The STI vs the RA is just dumb...since the WRX kinda beats the RA in a lot of ways.
ColdNapalm42 9 months ago

aznrule191 9 months ago
@aznrule191 And for the prize of stupid, the WRX beats the RA anyways out of the box. The WRX has more power, is cheaper and has good enough tires to have better grip in the corners. The RA can really shine, but need some 2 grand of mods + tires to do so and as such is only worth it if you pay the going rate for one and not the MSRP (AKA 25 grand). So all this shows is how idiotic subbie fanbois are since all they need to do to win is just compare WRX to RA as from factory at MSRP.
ColdNapalm42 9 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 i was going to take this serious and give an intelligent rebuttal, but then i noticed you spelled boy "boi" and lost all respect for everything you just said.
aznrule191 9 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 but i'll let you in on a little secret the take the money that you'd put in that RA and put it in a WRX and it would be able to "shine" even more. mods work both ways.
aznrule191 9 months ago
@aznrule191 No mods don't really work both ways. Mods increases performance in some cars more then others. Some cars are easier to tune then others. The WRX can shine a bit more yes...but the RA shines a LOT more. You could stick on 225 just fine in the old RA and 245 with the wider stance is fine now. Okay okay with a fair bit of careful wheel selection anyways. The TCCS isn't what makes an EVO and EVO unless you think all the EVO before 10 weren't real EVOs.
ColdNapalm42 9 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 no but before the evo x the sti and evo were a fair match(in most people's opinion) but once the 08 rolled around, the evo took a huge step forward beyond that of the sti. And i'm not saying put on the same mods, but simply going stage 2 cobb accessport, which is much cheaper than putting 2 grand of mods and tires on the RA. The wrx beats out the RA and the EVO beats out the sti
aznrule191 9 months ago
ColdNapalm42 9 months ago
@aznrule191 Opps, math error, the total for the RA should be 2 grand for engine mods...not 1.5. Course the RA should have sway bars, lowring springs and wider wheels and tires to go with that extra power. Also better brakes. That is another 1.5 grand so the total is 3.5 grand or so. The WRX will also likewise need various handling modifications done before you can up the power much. So that part is kind of a wash...even though the WRX will need more done to get it to handle properly.
ColdNapalm42 9 months ago
@ColdNapalm42 and i am a proud owner of neither a wrx nor a ra. i drive a 93 vr-4 so i am not a "subbie fanboi" i am a 3sx driver.

subaru12momoy 9 months ago
I worked at a dealership that sold both Mitsus and Subarus. Having driven the Ralliart, EVO, WRX and STI on a regular basis I would buy the STI over any of them. The Ralliart was built to compete with the WRX and not the STI. Although the RA is a much better value than the WRX it just doesnt compete with it right off the lot. I like the TC-SST and the Rockford Fosgate system in the Mitsus alot, but not enough to buy the whole car.

fourtycents 9 months ago
@fourtycents no because a wrx limited with the satellite radio and nav system is just under 32 grand and an evo MR starts at 37 grand. even a striped gsr(which loses the TC transmission) is still almost 34 grand.
