They dont all work agility full time. Some herd and/or are used mostly for demos. Some are retired & make the best couch potatoes you ever saw! Some are semi-retired & are working as schooling dogs for students. Some are retired & spend lots of time with Grandma/Grandpa at the Jersey Shore & get to winter in Florida!
The rest sleep in my bed & hog the pillows :)
