@CyBeRxLoLiTA I once read a plot FAQ or something that pointed out how unnaturally strong Ada apparently is. When she gets thrown into the control panel you'll notice that she fucks it up pretty badly. The document speculated that it could mean she's something other than human.

Ada "came back" from the dead because Wesker found her and used the T-virus to heal her up. Then she "joined" his team as a double agent. I think she's just a regular person with super-special training, but the control panel thing, yeah, it would take something pretty heavy to do that much damage.
