The 4th floor is similar to heaven. I mean - K-ON!! DOLLS??? A TALKING PICOLLO??? EVEN A HUGE RACING PARK???? I would spend soooo much money in this building if I ever could enter it xD I guess it's good we don't have this kind of things here ;D

@cfc106 It costs 200 yen to race on the track itself. If you have your own slot car you can use that, but if you don't own one you can rent one for free and still race for 200 yen without having to buy the actual car.

Those perpetual movement toys are sick, been wanting to get one for the longest time... Hm, what's up with the Mickey & Minnie with the messed up faces at around 0:47? Seen them before in a few videos, don't really know their significance, aside from them looking scary as ****. Fake books, awesome.... that huge-ass cockroach scared the hell outta me man, who would want that?! ...The 4th floor had some awesome stuff you'd see in a Japanese toy store; I'd be occupied for hours. Great vid!

@lon242 THanks! hahaha XD those Mickey and Minnie are from "Cubic mouth" I think a cartoon or commercial done by Studio crocodile, which did cartoons of Heidi and Golden Eggs. Basically that weird face is their style of animation. Yeah lots of weird stuff at this place :P
