I know more than the average person about trademarks, copyrights, etc., but I'm afraid I don't quite get why this video is not okay to put on YouTube. The rights to use the music were obtained when the number was choreographed, right? Then we paid for the choreography, and paid again for the DVD containing the recorded performance. What about this arrangement violates anyone's copyright? Is it also illegal to walk down the street singing and dancing to this music?
