Hey Otto. I think the 1,100 bhp in the video was referring to the 917 in general & not necessarily the K model. Because in the 1973 Can-Am series, the turbocharged version Porsche 917/30 developed over 1,100 bhp (820 kW), & as much as 1,580 bhp (1,180 kW) in qualifying tune. Now, I'll let you verify that because what I just said is from Wikipedia which is roughly 85/90% accurate; definitely not flawless! By the way when can I take your car for a cruise? LOL!
