This situation depicted predates the rise of Gov. Fashola, when infrastructure development was pretty much non-existent and even basic central gov activities like refuse collection were not carried out.

His points were and still are valid. Thankfully, Fashola arrived just in time and positive changes are occuring within Lagos....

I have lived in London all my life and watched its descent into a crime ridden, over taxed hell hole. Although it is certainly a lot wealthier than Lagos, that wouldnt be a fair comparison.
