You definitely need to watch The Dark Knight. Heath did an outstanding job, and he deserved that award. You should talk about Sally Hawkins. I think she is pretty, but she looked so skinny. What do you think about this? Some of the speeches were way too long. I could not believe that they did not start to play the music, until the end when Slumdog Millionaire won. They should have gotten the most time to speak. I felt that there were also a lot of snubs, like Milk and others.

Kate Winslet deserved those two awards so her long speeches didn't bother me at all. Also, how good did Leonardo DiCaprio look? He's gorgeous. Tina Fey's acceptance speech was hilarious, even though she did seem annoyed for for most of the night for some reason.

Compared to past Golden Globe shows, this show was a bit more serious and to the point. There wasn't a big heap of Tom Foolery going on -- past shows, a great deal of people were trashed and speeches were mediocre. I appreciated most of the acceptance speeches and I felt that this year, awards that were given out were RIGHTFULLY DESERVED. I felt that in past years, what the media hyped, won awards. The true underdogs and real talent received honor tonight.

I saw SlumDog Millionaire and it definitely deserved all the awards it got.That movie gives you everything: suspense,romance,drama,comedy, and excellent music, which is why it won best soundtrack.

Overall,the award show was very good but could have been a whole lot better.
