Part of this chapter is Naruto liveing one of his deepest fears. He blacks out and when he comes to he sees the plume of smoke in the distance that is the Leaf village. He`s not only told that he did that in fox mode, he has the realisation(however untrue it is,the feeling still sticks) that he`s killed Hinata.

I wonder how much this contributed to him wanting to control the 9 tails.

Now he's not even in the leaf village, if I remember right he's in secured Island training to control his bijuu. Sad to say but I honestly don't see him talking to her any time soon.
