im commenting on this 4 th 3rd time now.....ive seen this episode sooooo many times im still pretty close 2 tearing up every single time....thts y scrubs is wayyyyyyy better than house.....u get a connection with the characters tht u sorely lack in house.....another reason is house is like the perfect hospital no1 dies....scruns is more realistic....I LOVE SCRUBS!!!!!

the thing i love about scrubs is how only the real fans find this sa.d i showed this to my friend who has never seen scrubs, and she didn't appreciate it. I thin it's the saddest TV Moment because i've seen Cox grow over the years. Scrubs has developed some serious characters and relationships between the viewer and the characters.

the writers of scrubs are genius.. to make a character like dr cox that is so funny and so shallow then actually make him a multi-dimensional character. it's genius, none of us ever expected this to come from a character like perry

dragon823 is right if you dont like it package keep your comments to yourself and go away,also this episode was based on a real story(if you listen to the audio commentary) 3 patients needed organs and got it from a male patient who died of rabies(a bat bit him) the organs were sent out to 3 diffrent hospital not the same hospital but the patients did end up passing.

PackageSeverance, the first series was filmed on a stage, for seasons 2 and onwards they filmed on a REAL hospital, there not props there the real thing and scrubs was started when an intern wrote about his day and then edited it for TV and then sent it to become a TV show it's based on alot of real things so your a moron for guessing that 'cos if ye actually looked you'd of found all i just said from series two bonus disc

Rules I remeber hearing on a Season Five Comentary with John C. and somebody else I can't remeber that the reason why he has his arms around his stomach was from a real life expereince with his Son Max in the Neo Natle Unit when he was 7 weeks old *Max has down syndrome* anyways John C. use to do the arm around the chest thing because when he was really worried he felt like his organs and such where just going to fall straigh out of his body. Very touching stuff.

I was reading articles on McGinley and his son Max, very touching stuff. John C. is a great man. He can act, he's a decent singer and he's a great father. In the article I was reading, he does SO many things with his son to help him do well as he grows older. John is so sweet (even if he has awesome eyes that scare me).
