  • Oh no, the tears are here. This & Danny Boy do it everytime. It's just sooooooo beautiful it breaks your heart. My favorite Celtic Band ever.

  • I wonder what Moya said to the whistle player at the end of the song????

  • @Svellia Big sister chiding little brother. :)

  • A terrible pity some of the customers didn't stop talking in their loudest voices when they were singing.

I'd pick a new pub venue the next time.

Terribly disrespectful behavior when wonderful performers were gracing the establishment.

  • @bayridgephantom It's their family pub, so it's not just a random pub they chose.

  • @bayridgephantom yes it is an Irish custom --one that leaves me cold as well -- and im Irish

  • i m always blessed by irish music .. it touches me alot

  • @shahilagh Amen to that :)

  • Leo's, is where they started out? I wish they'd play in Boston soon.

  • is this really Clannad singing??

  • no she was 56 shes now 57

  • beautiful

  • I've loved Clannad since first hearing of them in 1978 or so. Learned all songs I could that they sang in English, had the privilege of seeing them perfom while living in Dun Laohaire in 1982. Will always have my respect and loyalty.

  • Beautiful..

  • I don't have a recording of 'Gleanntain Ghlas Ghaoth Dobhair' macalla100,but I'm planning to create a slideshow containing photos of the night.

  • Hey Dubhy I was there that night also - check out my videos, they are not as clear as yours. Do you have a recording of them singing 'Gleanntain Ghlas Ghaoth Dobhair', the last song of the night????

  • I thought it was great that Clannad was playing on that night.

  • The man in question is Pól,it was great to see so many of the family on stage.

  • Wonderful performance! I wonder who that was Maire was talking to at the end?

  • It is the same man (looks like Pol) who was playing the whistle earlier in the song.
