no mate this is not customer error,i work for sky direct,as a engineer,it could be a number of problems ,dish needs realigining,faulty lnb,trees in way of dish,cable fault or cordless phone near box
wow that's the worst digital breaking up I've seen. Insane! Sort it out Sky!
