eevee doesnt evove by levels,

firestone=flareon

Thunderstone=Jolteon

waterstone=vapreon

happyness at daytime=espeon

happyness at nighttime=umbreon

to get them happy give them 'haircuts' from that guy underground and give them rare candies and protiens carbos and those kind of status drugs lol

is you make it happy at night it evolves into umbreon if you get it at day when its bright out it evolves into espeon

u get unbreon from evve and wen u train him 20-40 then hill eveolve
