hundred pounds in 30 days is impossible by all means even if you have a gastric bypass you won't lose that much that quick. You are suffering from the prestages of bulimia. Soon you will abusing laxitives. Get advise from a nutritionist or someone with a degree in this. Remember you didn't gain over night and it will not be lost over night either.

Yes, what you are talking about is bulimia. I recognized it as you were bingeing the previous day. But trust me, after 20 years of full-blown bulimia, your version is the least dangerous. I just worry about your health. Once you loose it, it can be impossible to get it back. I have a list of small ailments that result from my years of the disorder. If I could go back to the first day that things got out of control, I would. I'd totally change things. Hindsight is 20/20.
its Impossible.. if you got on an extreme diat you might be able to get it off in 6 months but thats with starving yourself and its unhealthy but that will work
It only causes slow weight loss if you yo yo diat and starve for 2-3 days than eat all u want for the next day and keep doing that. trust me, I lost 82 pounds in 6 months before... id say just eat 1000 cals a day and youll be good. with working out that will be at least 4 pound loss each week if you work out for a good hour a day. after you see how much it works youll want to eat less trust me lol. Its crazy how it works... remember... the first week is the hardest
