ok. dont get me wrong. these guys kickass. BUT. this is fake screaming. its quieter than his voice. hes just making a screamy sound, but quiet. easy. but these guys still kick ass.

no, not easy. this is the one and only screaming technique that doesn't kill your voice after some time, plus it's not easy to make this technique sound good. look up melissa cross on youtube, she explains it very well :)
