Billy MIlano is a fat, racist, homophobic, turd with silly tattoos. HIs 'lyrics' are essentially hate mongering ('fuck those niggers charity and let them die of thirst' -- "Aren't You Hungry"), he's got an inferiority complex, which is why he carries on like such a tough guy, and he can't sing his way out of a wet paper bag. Not to mention the fact that the only action he can get he has to pay for.

Billy Milano's music appeals to a small percentage of the U.S. population that would close the borders, roll back women's rights and reinstate slavery if they could. These are typically boys -- boys with infantile genitalia and even smaller IQs -- who find that this fat, angry, perpetually girlfriendless man seems to speak for them and their sense of alienation from the rest of society.
