Phase lines are insulated from each other. I also made it adjustable as it held together by the wire tension,no glue.I change the capacitance by a small varicap in parrelell with the 300 ohm flat wire. I find the performance most acceptible as I am using it in my truck to feed my channel master amp,dtv converter, and old tv,got wires and cables every where.

Your build looks mostly good. I can't tell if the phase lines are touching. Doesn't look like it, but I can't be sure. There's also no volume on your video, though, so I can't tell if you like the design, or not.
