Very cool video - But i think your date is incorrect. I was married in Toronto, at the old City Hall in 1965. At that time the construction of the New City Hall was not finished. I have wedding pictures that show the New City Hall almost finished.

The date is not incorrect. He said it was shot in the 1960s, not 1960... so it could have been shot between 1966-69...

Agree, at least 1966 based on the yellow Mustang that looks to be a 66 (but would have been released in the Fall of 65).
