Actually FTA, Sonic DOES swear in this game, and it's still in the game, in the level Lethal Highway, (the one where you get to ride the Gun motorcycle, and you go to it by helping Black Doom destroy all the GUN soldiers in Westopolis, if you let the Black aliens Tank get away, Sonic says something like "Damn, It got away!"

i got into the sonic franchise a bit late (after sonic unleashed) so i started playing some of the older games to get some background, and i have to say that shadow is my favorite character. i also like that you can do a practicly infinite amount of different plot lines. i just wish some of the missions were easier. i swear, maria's missions are the hardest ones to get a good time on in the game.

The first time i played this game i saw the goal ring and having just beat SA2 jumped in. Then i started to run through the next level i got to the part where Knuckles came and shouted "WHAT THE HELL! Dan Green forgot that he gave knuckles his Yami voice!" When I hear this Knuckles compared to SA1 Knuckles it makes me want to kill Dan Green.

You said that Sonic doesn't swear in this game, but he actually does twice. In the level Lethal Highway, if you fail the hero mission, Sonic says "Damn, it got away." And in the Last Story, when they are all paralyzed and about to be eaten by the little parasite things, if you listen closely, Sonic says "damn" again.

Then ending i believe leads onto the Last Story is the Shadow and Knuckles vs Eggman on the Black Comet boss.

This explains why Eggman is on the Comet, and possibly same with Sonic and crew. Shadow doesnt kill Eggman in that ending, Black Doom wouldnt be mad at you since you didnt ruin his plans.

I personally thought the game should have had 3 Last Story's.

One for Dark, where could fight Super Sonic, Neutral where you could fight some Eggman robot and Hero in which you fight Devil Doom.

A couple things i noticed about this game, dont get me wrong i have it and i still like it but

1. How is it that people like Amy, a very slow character, can run as fast as Shadow!

2. Apparently the evil people such as Eggman and Black Doom, are too lazy to come outside and follow Shadow. I mean Black Doom has to have a third Eye to follow him, and Eggman has to have a video camera which his face on it to follow him around. Also you cant control the evil people, they want u to do all the work!

3. If Shadow can detect Chaos emeralds from long distances, why cant he just go there, and use CHAOS CONTROL to get there instantly without having to worry about all the trouble. (yeah i know it would ruin the reason of the game)

Here are the answers.

1. After Sonic Heroes came out, Amy is now known as a speed type character & in Sonic Battle, Amy was training herself in combat & probably speed to lose weight. (She weights 30 lbs now), Amy: WHAAAT!!! Me: o.o oh S#@T! *runs & hides* *Amy looks arounds & goes away* =.=;; phew!

2. Eggman & Black Doom must control their armies from the side lines, away from harm.

& 3. That would be cheap & lazy.

Quick Tips to struglling players...

On "Destroy President Plane", get a rapid fire weapon, let your gauge fill, and use infinite ammo on the plane.

On any "Kill everyone" stage, try to get an egg vacume level 2.

When going for an A rank, speed is key- don't take your time, you probly need the time bonus

Aye, that is true. One note though, I think you mentioned about the camera in one of the parts. I actualy found personaly that the camera and controles were easier to use than in Sonic Heroes. I was dieing less because of bad camera. But maybe that's just me.

Great commentary. There are like over 300 possible endings, and I think none of them are canon. Like the one where Shadow pwns Sonic(which my friend who is a Shadow fan won't let me live down) is obviously non-canon. I think the Slightly Hero or Neutral paths are the canon paths......

Some parts are acually Ok, otehrs are bad (especially nthe voices, exept knux, Tails and robotnick), shadow with a gun... Hes a GM hedgehog, not captain scarlet.
