  • Alemanha-VFL Bochum striker

  • oh and i just realized his fluent in portuguese and english too :D

  • @ptaafee he cried before the game because he was so proud to represent one country. like he was born in japan but raised with korean mindset...it was hard for him because his dad who was raised as japanese strongly disagreed with his son joining north korea and his mom on the other hand wanted him follow his heart and yes he does have coach who teaches him far as i know he fluently speaks japanes, korean, and is learning germany.

  • his Portuguese is way better than Rooney's English to be honest...

  • @nacaolusitana i dont speak portugese, is he fluent in portugese or just kind of struggling in portugese?

  • @Littleguidofan well, he tries to speak with Brazilian accent, he makes some obvious errors, yet he speaks clearly enough to be understood...

  • Engraçadinho ele ^u^

  • Legal ele ter entendi algo, muito legal ver isso! :D

  • His a good player maybe he will be good playing in spain with fc real madrid

  • Jong Tae Se can play football like no tom. He can also speak Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and English amazing. I wonder what he can do if you played for South Korea.

  • good

  • Actually he learnt to speak Portuguese with his Brazilian team-mates, and he speaks impressively well for someone who never lived in Portugal or any other Lusophone country. He actually cries during the national anthem before every game he plays for Korea DPR. Funny fact: his parents are both second generation South Koreans.

  • Um norte-coreano nascido no Japão, falando português!

    Impressionante esse Tae-se!

  • um jogador norte-coreano falando português? incrível...

  • Hahaha, dope.

  • Fake, dont be fooled, this easily could be any dog skinner chinese

  • holy crap, he learns german fast as hell and now portuguese O_O pretty smart...

Cadê a diversão no futebol, gente? eu hein

  • he speak portugues becouse he learn of brasilians players of they team

  • According to another clip, he picked up the Portugese language from his Brasilian teammates in Japan.

Seems he's not just an industrious striker, but also a keen learner off the pitch. In Japanese soccer scene, they have a strong influence from the Brasilians. You'll see much Brasilian players and trainners......

  • @hakatastation WOW! Portuguese is veeeeery different from korean and japanese so the fact that he learn portuguese just by speaking with his brazilian teamates is AMAZING. He is smart!!! :D His portuguese is pretty good!!! (He's also a pretty good player)

  • @nojentobode69 he speaks portuguese better than the brazilian president. even the pope does that either LOL

  • um jogador da Coreia do Norte quem fala portugues, incrivel!

  • Where did he pick up his Portuguese ?? He hasn't lived in Brazil or Portugal, as far as I know. Perhaps he had a Brazilian coach or something. What other languages does he speak ?

  • @ptaaffe Maybe, he likes a lot of brazilian soccer and then he wanted to learn some of portuguese. I guess that because he cries before playing against Brazil, was like a dream for him I guees

  • @maurimc I think it's because he plays professional soccer in Japan. There is a large population of Brazilians in Japan and vice versa. Not only that but he was actually born in Japan, so that might explain why he speaks good Portuguese.

  • @maurimc although that makes a lot of sense, this is probably due to the fact that he played in Japan for a long time and learned Portuguese from his Brazilian teammates

  • Comment removed

  • @maurimc He learned it from his Brazilian teammates while on trial for a Japanese team

  • @maurimc it's cause in japan his neighbors are brazilian dude

  • @maurimc I'm pretty late, but he always cries when they play North Koreas National anthem before the game.

  • @DaRealInDaInternet yeah but in fact he is japanese o.O but of north korean fathers, just that contrary to a lot of north koreans living in japan, he is communist and a well known defender of North Korea.

  • @ptaaffe Korean And German

  • @ptaaffe He also speaks japanese, korean, english and now he's learning german))

  • @ptaaffe His native language is Japanese. His Korean is excellent, near native level and he speaks Portuguese, English and similar level

  • @ptaaffe he use to play for kawasaki frontale, a team in japan which has many brazilians.... kinda weird seeing an asian speaking portugese loll

  • @ptaaffe He said, his dream was playing in Europe, and he thinks brazilians are best. that is why he learned portuguese himself to get ready for playing in high-class league.

  • @ptaaffe He said, his dream was playing in Europe, and he thinks brazilians are best. that is why he learned portuguese himself to get ready for playing in high-class league.

  • @ptaaffe he had brazillian pals that tought him

  • @ptaaffe ~dude,he speaks it cause his neibhoars in japan were brazilian imigrants, tahts why,he elarned from them

  • @ptaaffe picked up his portugese from brazilian players also playing at his club in japan

  • @ptaaffe he lived in japan but when the world cup was coming, the north koreans called him up to serve the country, his parents were north koreans but he was born in japan, i guess he learnt it there

  • @ptaaffe I guess he had Japanese-Brazilian friends when he grew up in Japan. There are quite a few Brazilians that have Japanese heritage that live in Japan for work. Also, there are quite a few Brazilian players playing for the teams in the Japanese league, where he played before moving to Germany.

  • @ptaaffe He speaks japanese, korean, german, portugese and english
