I really liked this character and the theme that starts to change as long as the fight goes on... and i've also found "him" a really hard sub-boss in fact one of the hardest in kof... "him" and saisyu from 95 are the like the most hard non-cheap sub bosses in kof but that's just my oppinion xD

You know what, I like Shion. This character remains one of the best and genuinely (read: not cheap) challenging bosses in the KOF series. Also, Shion is an interesting and stylish character. I hope they bring Shion back, and fix HER gender. The last part seems unlikely though, since SNK doesn't really like female bosses.

Awesome theme. Gender issues aside, I like Shion as a character, and love the fact Shion killed the cheapest boss in SNK history in Magaki at the end. That's another reason I liked this character. Shion's battle was genuinely hard in that Shion could hit you up close and long range unlike Magaki.

Shion is one of the members of "Those from The Past" (alternatively known as "Those from His Distant Land", "His Distant Land" is implied to be Europe in Magaki's backstory.)

They have been implied to not be human. So i guess Shion is some kinda an Alien.

"Those from the past" are Orochi members. Both Magki and Shion are from the group as you stated. Remember the quote from Magki to Irori. Not all Orochi members manifest their energy in the form of fire. (Leona, Gonez, Vice for example)

Of course they aren't human. They're Orochi. If you know the myth (what the game is based off) then you would know from '94.

Shion is a WOMAN. Check out the gallery. Her art shows a woman figure, female voice and moves. You don't need big breast to be a woman.

The only moves I hate getting caught from Shion is his wave projectile and his super with the falling rocks. IMO, Shion's weaponry is pretty badass and puts on quite a show, but with alittle "combo practice" using the Ikari, Psycho Soldier or my custom Team and suddenly challenging Shion starts to feel easier to me. Awesome theme BTW. =)

In my mind, he's actually cheaper than Magaki because of what he's capable of doing.

Invisible projectiles, ridiculous speed, multiple styles and just unpredictable.

But at least he doesn't use more than one attack at a time. It's hard, but you can react to his attack.

As opposed to Magaki, who can fill the screen with three different attacks at once, and can literally pin you down with projectiles.
