If you have read the book, the video adds nothing. For me, what it does, is to tell me how to pronounce "Ury"--I used to wonder whether it was "uRAI" or "uRI". Now it's clear.

With rows of unread books in my bookshelf, I've decided I'd never buy a book on impulse. A month a ago, I saw Ury's book, " The Power of a Positive No," and bought it--yes, on impulse. I am happy to report that I have read the book. I used the book's concepts in a recent handling of a very unreasonable customer. I said No positively, and successfully. I believe the three concepts of Yes, No and Yes? if practise often, will bring positiveness into my life--LIEW Chin Beng, Singapore
