If it takes years for it's light to get here, why would we see it's supernova in real time as if the light from the explosion were traveling faster than the light originally emitted from the star. It was posted on Yahoo a while back.

I must also add that I have been to Iraq for a year, and they want nothing but peace. I don't dislike the idea of another culture eating dogs. I'd do it if I was there. I kinda disagree with it when you make it public slaughter of animals. As for the military assets.
