Noreen are you sure that is a Table spoon of cinnamon? It looked more like a 1\4 cup.

@raekenrick I am quite sure it was only 1 tablespoon. I premeasure all my ingredients. The portion cups I use only hold 2 Tablespoons so it would be impossible for 1/4 cup to fit in those. Thanks for the concern, but I won't steer you wrong. Thanks for watching and commenting. Noreen : )

You can put this in your food processor to make it a finer powder like the store bought kind. I do it with my homemade chai tea mix!
