(you) lets get cops to actually start doing there job and try to stop the corruption. next time something like this happens to you, or anyone for that matter, if you really havnt done anything and it was an illegal traffic stop then all you have to do is ask the officer to call his sergant to the scene, then they will know you are not fooling around. at that point they have 2 options :1, they can let you go, or 2 they can call their sergant, only to get in trouble when they arrive because they wont be able to explain why they pulled you over.

yeah...i was headed to walmart after i got off work back in march to get some food. this was like 2 in the morning and I wasn't doing anything at all. they pulled me over off of exchange by the business behind cabela's and sent 4 extra cops and a drug dog out. they didn't give me any reason at all and tried to search my car, which i let them do just to prove that they were stupid. they also love to drive down allen dr and write unreasonable tickets to people who cant park in their own apts lot

As soon as he fails to come up with a reason why you were pulled over, just say "ok then i'm leaving". If he has no reasonable suspicion that you have just committed a crime, you are under no obligation to answer his questions, and you are free to go.

Texas is not a stop and identify state and federal law requires reasonable suspicion to stop a person and ask for identification. Once the stop had been established as illegal the best/only thing to ask is "Am I being detained or am I free to go?" Talking to him more only gives him a chance to establish reasonable suspicion to search.
