seasons still young but already I see more motivation than last years club. The scoring will come with all the dam shots they get. Nedved was good in the first game but his age deinitly showed and with all the potential they have in their younger players it was a no brainer he got dropped. Im not saying stanley cup but its gonna be a good team and far better than last year. I dont know aout the dirty devs though. their weakness is the first or second reound but rangers too.

No I think the devs are. They dont want to spend money on anyone with a real name so they settle for their own trash. Now I know the veteran leadership comes into play but I was expecting more from them and They could have done better. Lou needs to start spending that money so they can push further than the second round. They will still have a decent record and they always do but dont expect a deep playoff run because they made no dramatic change. The Rangers we will see. Im weary but interested

With all the superstars they had they should have won a cup. Two things for the Rangers to win. Stop getting superstars. Rangers have loads of generals but no soldiers. Besides Gomez and Drury and If shanahan stays they wont have all those superstars finally. I hope they dont get Sundin because they dont need him and they have enough talent that can do damage if they ever play. They are a different team but Sather does make dumb moves sometimes and I even think he should go so NY gets a serious makeover and maybe a top three in the east. They didnt really get big names but signed a couple decent guys in Redden and Zherdev and Kalinin so see how it goes
