I agree, and I'm not sending up a red flag, but didn't it used to be that you wouldn't reverse until the front wheel hits the ground? Short Runway+Short time for reverse thrust=overrun and possibly a fired pilot
you guys keep telling me i flared too much but r u guys pilots by any chance ? i fly the airbus alot for usairways and a lot of pilots flare the 319 like that. heck i saw one just 2 days ago who kept the nose off the ground for practically the whole landong and i mean high off the ground.
Maintain 5 degrees nose up attitude on landing.The addon isnt really good cause there wasnt smoke on touchdown and the voice kinda sucked.Keep practising
You're flare was way too high. It's only supposed to be five degrees.

i got the model on avsim. and i have seen many pilots flare the airbuses like that . it just depends on the pilots.

approach was good... flare was too much just before the touchdown...my friend is a B6 F/O. Never seen them doing that.
again..can u tell me where did u get the model for flight sim?

There is also an IDFG A319 as well. The Virgin America a320 used to be payware until Project Airbus came out with their freeware version

yeah.. that was a REALLY smooth landing.. too much flare though.. had alot of cargo I assume? or ya just wanted that really smooth touchdown? ;)

I luv the idea of virgin america.... anyway... use fraps, lighter on the flare so tht u can touchdown on the front wheel b4u reverse...
