This is simply beautiful! It makes me rethink my preconceptions about the essential nature of poetry and reposition the relative importance of sound, emotion and meaning. Even though I do not speak Frisian, I am carried away by the beauty of the words and the emotion behind them, to point where literal sense is entirely irrelevant. Mr. Hettinga is an amazing poet and an amazing performer. I cannot reccomend this highly enough for anyone with a serious interest in contemporary poetry.
