That guy is not Uyghurs he is tungan. Those women praying in mosques are not Uyghur women. Uyghur women are not allowed to pray in mosques. Tungans have more religious freedom then Uyghurs since they are less active in independance movements as Uyghurs. They also speak Chinese. They also look Chinese. That is why it is much easier for them then Uyghurs. Uyghurs are Turkic nation with own language, own written and own history which is very very different from the Chinese.
