  • i was doing the high knees, and it is both very easy and intense for me at the same time, but i sprained my ankle xD

    any advice on how to avoid that

  • Instead of repeating part I (if you don't have a sandbag) I was thinking you could do a deadlift with an upright row. If you want to get real fancy you can add a shoulder shrug with those two. Since a clean is basically a squat (which you do afterward), a deadlift, an upright row, and a shrug all in one. At least to my understanding.

  • I will definately be trying this. You guys are so motivating and the tutorials are great. I really like how you explain proper form and modifications for the exercises. Keep up the great videos.
