Even though he was a promoter's son which most people found out later, he was a talented,hard working individual who made the most out of his skills and talent. He also had a great mind for wrestling b/c he grew up in the industry. Before he came to the Mid-Atlantic he was a top star in TX. Back then you can tell he had that certain "something".

Your an idiot. Tully was a class act all the way. Sure, Tully's dad was a promoter, but so were alot of other wrestlers dad's, The Von Erichs, the Funks, Greg Gagne, Mike Graham, & Jeff Jarrett. Tully got over huge in more then just his father's SWC promotion he also got over big time in the NWA & WWF, his dad could not do that for him.
