  • I want to shagg and dog her brains out.

  • Keira Knightley BOND GIRL.

  • She looks so gorgeous in this interview!

  • Everyone just stop hateing on Keira she is beautiful and ana amazing actress!!!!!! She is very talented and she is my fav!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i'm going to have to clear this up after reading those comments hahaha she did indeed play in star wars episode 1 as sabe, queen amidala's 'bodyguard' and her decoy so the queen could be alter ego padme.

  • @PotteringPleasingly They both were. Have you watched it? Your easy mistake :P just google the cast and crew, of the Phantom Menace, and the Clone Wars since you don't believe me, then prove to me i'm wrong :P her and natalie don't look that much alike, if you actually look at them.

  • I love Kiera Knightly! This is one of my absolute favorite movies!

  • she wasn't in star wars that was Natalie Portman but I mean come on she is amazing! She is one of those actresses with true talent and she doesnt need to be "hot" to look awesome/ amazing

  • @TheGuineaPigHelp1 Kiera played Sabe, Queen Amidala's Decoy Queen. She was cast because she looked so much like Natalie Portman (Amidala). In make-up, their mothers couldn't tell who was who.

  • oh no her smile is so ugly she must be sirious all the time/ Kira dont smile pls

  • I love her and her accent

  • Well they say now that Shakespeare's anonymous it's all entertainment probably but if Keira Knightly starred in the Tempest that would be one of the better ones

  • WHY WHYYY ARE YOU MARRIED :'(

  • she speaks too fast

  • @gumnaam1000

    Women..

  • love her

  • Mr.Darcy... Married me e ___e

  • Comment removed

  • Keira really is a lovely-faced girl..... I just wish she was more..... normal.

  • I like her she is cute and agreeable to look at

  • i don't understand why everyone things Keira is such a bad actress. granted, I've only seen her in Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Pride and Prejudice. I think she acts fairly well. when people complain about her, i always wanna say, "then you do it if you think you can do better." thats what i think.

  • @AryettaLynn lol..she wasnt it star wars...

  • @Zelorathe99th she was sabe, the handmaiden of the role natalie portman was playing cause they looked alike hahahaha

  • @candiesareyummyoO thank you :) i know what i'm talking about, i'm glad someone else knows too :)

  • @candiesareyummyoO but she was the decoy, natalie portman was the handmaiden. it's crazy to figure out XD

  • @Zelorathe99th actually, yes she was. unless, the credits decieve me.

  • @AryettaLynn

Shw wasn't in Star Wars. That was Natalie Portman...idiot!

  • @brightlights456X thats why you're the fucking idiot :)

  • @AryettaLynn

WHOA! Mind you tongue little girl. Gezzz....do you blow your father with that mouth ;D

  • @brightlights456X i'm 18, i'm an adult, at least my maturity level is a lot higher than yours :P

  • @AryettaLynn

Ooohhh yes, 18. You're a grown woman now. The fact that you stated your age only proves you LACK of experience.....little girl.

  • @brightlights456X actually mate she was in Star Wars. She played the queen's double and had two or three lines as the "decoy". That's it. She's credited on IMDB though.

  • @AryettaLynn in my opinion she is the best female actress of all time

  • i love this woman.........

  • I think I posted on three videos and I still feel that Keira was miscast and that was a fatal mistake and so the film version suffers considerably. If this had not happened, then the film would have been worth watching, at least for me. Apart from this major flaw, the film is good, but the BBC version is far superior, for sure. Im not insulting the film as such, merely making a comment that needs saying. Surely other people have noticed this because it is so obvious to me.

  • The big mistake with this film version is that the main character (Elizabeth Bennet) was miscast, meaning that she was far too young for that role, and so she says things that out of place for a woman of her age. Consequently, it is obvious that she was merely repeating words from a script. This totally ruined the film for me. I would urge anyone to watch the BBC version, which is far superior.

  • @johnwantling i have noticed you writing the same comment on many Pride and Prejudice movie clips here in youtube. and now i really am interested why and basically with the wish of which kind of reaction did you write it? stating an opinion is one thing but putting it everywhere you see fit is something else entirely. if you wish the people to watch the BBC version say so without insulting the movie. i am sure they will enjoy both as i do myself :D

  • @johnwantling

Keira Knightley was about 21 and Elizabeth Bennet is 20 years old in the book, Jane Bennet is 22-23 or something so I think both Rosamund Pike and her are suitable casts.

Isn't Elizabeth B supposed to have strong opinions and be frank for her age?

  • @adamcrookedsmile

In the excellent BBC version Lizzie seemed to be aged 25-35 years old and her language was befitting to that age. I cannot envisage a teenager or a 20 year old coming out with that language. There is something amiss. It just does not fit as far as I can see. If Lizzie is 20 in the book, then I cannot see it. Frank for her age, you are telling me.

  • @johnwantling

Lizzie replies "I am not one and twenty" in her dinner conversation with Lady Catherine.

  • I am not keen on Keira, but in this movie she's very good, and i like her accent very much,i want to speak British English too

  • I am not keen on Keira, but in this movie she's very good, and i like her accent very much,i want to speak British English...

  • I don't like her but I liked her in this movie

  • I believed she did a great job! Love this movie.

  • dang it!

i didnt know mr. darcy was married D:<

  • I wish I could meet Keira Knightley and just talk with her . Just talk

  • $10 000 a year? Ballin!

  • My absolutely favourite film and one of my favourite actress.Perfection!

  • My favorite actress. She's so beautiful.

  • god i hate her teeth...she's making us look bad.

  • What a darling she is soo hot!!

  • she was diagnosed with dyslexia at six, and yet has been obsessed with p&p BOOK since seven?

hm. i sense lies, ladies and gentlemen.

  • @manatsunoshi There's different types of dyslexia, my brother had dyslexia, he could read but couldn't get things down on paper :) Or you could be right :L

  • @MultiRainbowdrops I am dyslexic and am also "blessed" with a spelling deficit. When I get tired I invert vowels as well as words. If I've written something at night, I have to go back the next day and proof read the material. I am a reader and when I'm tired I have to really concentrate or I drift. I found out when I was working on my 2nd degree. Up until then I just thought I was thick! lol I think that's the english word. :) It was/is frustrating but at least I know what it is now.

  • @Songsmirth Aaaw :( Has your dyslexia improved?

  • @MultiRainbowdrops No. I don't think it's possible. Just is. :) Thanks for asking. Songs

  • @manatsunoshi as far as I know many people with dyslexia can read (quietly) but they can't enunciate that they're reading ...

  • she is good actress co-starring w/ johnny depp & mathew in such a young age.

  • like if you miss GMTV... :-)

  • @T1carus *much *dumbed

  • @T1carus it is a little dumbed down, but the other version isn't much 'smarter', and i don't think it really is that ,ich less pleaurable because they modernized some of the language and such a little bit. It was purposefully cut short because it is a MOVIE and not a tv show and movies have to cut down from the books almost every time. And the suspense of the bbc version was there because once again it was a TV show and has a different structure, and if you want to talk about du,bed down in com

  • This film-Pride and Prejudice-is a masterpiece in all aspects, actorship, director, screenplay. It seems that all parts of it is natural, warm, just, nothing is artificial in it.Even that dog and those geese were all playing at harmony.......It is a masterpiece indeed.

  • Also check out: Cassandra Magrath

Very similar facial structure to Keira

  • @ExtremeBogom

Keira's a dead ringer for Natalie Portman as well.

  • Urrrrgh. She sucked as Elizabeth. I don't think she even understood the character. Jennifer Ehle all the way!!!!!!!

  • @bhanshee75 oh come on she played lizzy so perfectly and by the way jennifer ehle looked to old as playing a 19 year old lizzy bennet .. it was too much

  • @ganaiemm aw don't say that!!!!! :(

  • @ganaiemm O.O Lizzy is 20, and she's not meant to be a screaming, yelling annoying person. I don't think Kiera Knightley played her perfectly, I reckon Jennifer Ehle was way better but Kiera Knightley is a great actor! :)

  • @bhanshee75

I must disagree.. I think that Jennifer Ehle was a very boring version of Lizzy. And Keira did a greater job! Adding more to her than Ehle did.

  • @annedorthe5000 Okay, but we're going to have to agree to disagree because I like Jennifer Ehle much better.

  • shes got some rattle hasnt she ??

  • Joe wright must have been impressed, he directed her in "atonement" as well.

  • god, shes so pretty!

  • Stunning

  • She's so young and very pretty. Such a lovely girl. Wonderful actress!

  • I love Keira! She's so beautiful, lovely, sweet, down-to-earth, and I totally love her accent! =) And of course she's a very talented actress.

    She's my role model (:

  • @T1carus WRONG! It's amazing...

  • @DisneyFanDubber its terribly dumbed down, filled with famous faces from that other film you know and cut short - lacking suspence afforded by the bbc version.

  • @T1carus well i loved it, it's a beautiful story, filled with romance, secenery, humour and good looking faces. Perfect!

  • @DisneyFanDubber just like a disney then

  • @T1carus Well, in a way, yes. And your point is?

  • @AslansButterfly I never said that she is poor in acting the role, i said that the film is 'terribly dumbed down, filled with famous faces from that other film you know'

  • Sorry but Hollywood sucks at adapting literature, They are more for known and do a very good job at screwing everything honorable, and turning it in to the same st0ry.

  • As good as the 1995 P&P was, I always picture Keira and Matthew as Elizabeth and Darcy. They're so perfect.

  • @techneonix Same here. I don't know why.

  • She's Gorgeus

  • uh...I hate this woman for this amazingly and annoyingly PERFECT accent of hers!!!!!I can have an orgasm just by listening to it....

    By a non-native english speaker

  • @Nichrida Oh my god I know what you mean. I want that accent.

  • haha I also love Mrs. Bennet here, such a lovely woman :))

  • pattate chaude dans la bouche?

  • I love her british accent<3

  • The interviewer made a good work it was fun to watch :)

  • How does a THREE year old want an agent or even know what an agent is?

How does a SEVEN year old read Pride and Prejudice? It's so analytical, I don't believe she read it and enjoyed it at 7 years old, especially since she had dyslexia.

  • @leafclash Errr.... the BBC 1995 film version???

  • Comment removed

  • @leafclash get a life troll. You sound pathetic.

  • @backto1960

    lol dude, CHILL.

    yeah?

  • @leafclash what's not to believe? pride and prejudice is a really, really great book.. she WAS diagnosed with dyslexia and so now here she is playing the most brilliant role of elizabeth bennet.. keira is brilliant.. live with it you twit..

  • @ciaron121709 Of course it's a good book, I've done numerous essays on the book, it's a marvellous piece of literature, I just simply can't get my head around how a 7 year old can enjoy the book/show. Most 7 year olds were playing with Barbie and watching the Lion King at the age.

And I'm not bagging her, Keira Knightly is one of my favourite actresses. And I love her role in Pride and Prejudice.

    And uhm, 'twit'?

You obviously can't handle other opinions.

Maybe too young to Youtube sweetheart.

  • @leafclash @leafclash i read a lot of books (some novels even) when i was about her age though i have to admit at first i wasn't a good reader but i improved.. ever since i learned how to read, i couldn't get enough of books.. besides, dyslexia varies between (reading and/or speaking) maybe she got "cured" beforehand.. and i am not young.. i believe i have the right to cast my opinion as you did.. it's not about the age "sweetheart"..

    :)

  • @ciaron121709

Sorry, but I couldn't help but doubt your maturity when you called someone a 'twit' after they commented their opinion.

All I'm saying, I don't believe that a 7 year old read Pride and Prejudice (by Jane Austen, not some other children's version) or watched the BBC version and actually enjoyed it. Whether she had dyslexia or not, 7 year olds are not interested in class structures, feminist romance, or society in the 19th century.

You beg to differ? Fine, just lay off abuse.

  • @leafclash just get off of youtube if your going to be this rude! No where in the video does it say "nag other people in the comments below"

we as people have the right to say our own opinions.

and twit is not a childish word if it's what you are!

  • @DemiLavoto2009

I'm assuming you haven't even read what I have said or how I have been spoken to.

Or you're replying to the wrong person.

I said my opinion, was attacked for it, and then I wrote that I was merely sharing my opinion and that I shouldn't be attacked and being called names such as "twit" just for saying what I think

did you not see my last sentence which I said "You beg to differ? Fine, just lay off the abuse".

But you obviously just replied to the wrong person.

    It's okay :)

  • Comment removed

  • @AslansButterfly

Indeed, I'm sure there are lots of intelligent 7 year olds out there who can read a good book.

But have you even read Pride and Prejudice? Perhaps Keira read a more simplified disney picture book version.

But the one I have, the novel, written by Jane Austen, which is classed as a Penguin Classic and defined as literature, in my humble opinion, I highly doubt that a 7 year old can read it AND enjoy it.

You don't have to agree, I'm entitled to my opinion.

    So live with it.

  • Comment removed

  • @AslansButterfly

Honestly 'AslansButterfly', it started with a comment stating my opinion on a statement of Keira's and it's come to some random replying and saying 'ehh I'm so tried of people abusing me over Youtube...'

I'm sorry to hear that, but it's not my concern.

And I'm not into getting personal with people over Youtube.

So with that, I bid you farewell, and have a good life.

  • Comment removed

  • @leafclash well, in my humble opinion I'm kind of agree with your opinions. but, in this movie she's totally perfect for the role. I can captured the right emotions from Elizabeth Bennet than the other versions, maybe she's a liar (maybe), but she's a good actress!

  • Omg...she is super young! Beautiful, nice actress :)

  • She seems so sweet. :)

British actors always seem so down to earth compared to Americans. I hate to sound prejudiced, but they really do.

  • @colleentj Im American and I slightly agree with you

  • @colleentj really?? i thought it was quiet the opposite haha since most Europeans think americans are idiots but not to be prejudiced either lol i know there are many europeans that respect amercians :)

  • @colleentj I know. It could be that becoming an actor in GB is very difficult; only the best get to do films, while in the US, they sometimes take whatever "good-looking" person to play in less good films. The American top actors are often more down to earth it seems, so maybe we get prejudiced by all the shitty and vulgar ones who pop up everywhere like mushroom!

  • @EscargoTouChaud Haha, very well said! I just think of actors like Colin Firth, Johnny Depp, and Alan Rickman, and it's like-- that's the best you can come by! And then you get people like Adam Sandler... Lol, *facepalm*

  • @colleentj you sound PROUD AND PREJUDICE AAAAAAAHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHA KILL ME PLEASE

  • @TheTrolliosis atleast you are staying true to your account name, that has got to count for something right?

  • @gr4ndhustle you see everyone is supposed to be equal... so if im feeling down i just go onto this account and gently mock people to raise my self esteem.... some say its wrong, and so do i on my other account, but my other account is doctor jekyll and this is my mr hyde

  • @TheTrolliosis whatever makes you sleep at night mate.. i personally could care less lol..

  • @colleentj I think all non american what evers are more down to earth that Americans. Im american and even I have to admit to that.

  • does she know she is this generation's Jane Seymour

I find myself fixated on her beauty

Watch the movie "Somewhere in Time" Starring Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour

Then watch Keira in anything she's been in.........simply gorgeous

  • she is so beuatiful,,,and i am sorry for her, becouse she i rearly anoressic,,,,,poor girl

  • She smiles like my sister who's at college :)

  • she is lovely in pride and prejudice

  • This chick is so bloody English it makes me vomit "Crimpets and crumpets guffaw guffaw!"

  • I love keira knightley she is such a good actress

  • I hate love movies.War movies are the best.

  • Keira Knightley is the best

  • i love her. mathew and keira went perfect together in that movie. i dont even like those type of movies and i fell in love with them and that movie <3 <3

  • Where she was before going to the interview ?

  • hahahah she's too beautiful.. oh no it's fine!

  • she's so cool !

  • Maybe she were unable to read when she were ki. But now speaks so fast nearly as a rapper.

  • @Roadracer987654321 you dont know what you talkin about, if you put breasts on her, you will ruin her, her grace is exactly for being so skinny.

  • she looks like a model. Her face so skinny like a mascarade its something special, and the fact that she have such a small breast give even more power to her charater, i mean, every "sensual" model have a small breast, is it what define her.

  • At last! A celebrity Austen fan!

  • how wonderful laugh

  • Huge lies. That's a Freudian slip if I ever heard one.

  • I love her accent

  • Favourite actress! I love her as Lizzie Bennet! (and i have seen the bbc version plus read the book) i just thought lizzie in the bbc version is awful.

  • I do not like her as Elizabeth Bennet not at all like the character seems like a nice girl but I do not see her as Elizabeth I watched the film good movie but no.

  • she's so smart and mentally strong!!

  • What I like is that I see Keira Knightley in this interview, not Lizzie Bennet or Elizabeth Swann... she stays herself, I like that!!

  • I have the biggest girl-crushes on her and Marion Cotillard. They are classy, beautiful, talented, and amazing. Yup Yup.

  • Freekin Angel

  • I think she s better then portman.

  • Comment removed

  • I will say this about Keira, she remembers her English roots and NEVER sold out.

9/10 of her films are small indpendant British films, so she clearly is in acting for all the right reasons.

  • Comment removed

  • Wow.

  • she is a great talented, beautiful actress thats going so far in the movie business

  • ....HER BEAUTY SHOULD BE ILLEGAL ...

    xD

  • Fresh !!

  • keira?! i thought this was nataly portman!!

  • @Ncarolinariza they do look alike dont they :/

  • she is so hot and cute.

  • I think acting Lizzie Bennet must be a dream for any actress. It's a great character and a great paper. At the same time, give life to this incredible woman must be very difficult, but keira did it in a wonderful, fresh, natural way. I really love this lizzie bennet that she has created. Bravo, Keira!!!!!

  • @AiRuStudio You are right just right! Also Pride & Prejudice is a master piece, who wouldnt like to play it?
