  • 100 percent better....but took one year to really adjust the food and the kitchen and and get the hang of it, and get over the habit of reaching for sandwiches. give yourself time to learn, keep going it is well worth it. glad I CAN have dairy. it was NOT the dairy after all.

  • @techwg - there is a 'withdrawal' opiate response from getting off gluten and dairy that is known. The body literally 'craves' it upon removal and people can initially feel worse. Typically 30 days is enough time to get past this and if not, there are likely other facts that need to be addressed.

    Thanks for the comment!

  • If you drink alcohol or take some kind of illegal drugs over the long term and then stop you end up with withdrawal because your body becomes used to functioning in that environment. Maybe It is similar with certain toxins that your body alters its function to deal with toxins and if you remove it, the body is still doing things and then it causes pain and things? No clue, I dont pay attention to glutin or anything. Just an idea how it "could" cause pain. Detoxing is known to cause discomfort.
