they are not so bad. my nokia n75 had a problem and the guys at customer care were real assholes to deal with. i threw away that crap and bought a chinease phone which is half the price and has so many features i.e. bluetooth, touchscreen, mp3/mp4/divx support, 3 mpx camera, dual sim, 2GB flash card etc. I love it...
